Belize Mission Trip...We're Back Home
Already Thinking About Next Year's Mission Trip
It was an incredible week in Belize, with some unexpected twists and turns along the way. To read about recent activities for each of our mission teams click here.
Although we are all glad to be home with family and friends, it was hard to leave Belize with so many unmet needs. We made some special connections with the Belizeans and it wasn't easy to say goodbye to our new friends.
The good news is that a large portion of our mission team is planning on returning to Belize next year. And we hope to bring more of our colleagues, friends, equipment and supplies with us. Our local Belizean host, Raphael, has shared with us his heart’s desire to build an orphanage and shelter in Corozal.
Some of us are already thinking about Raphael’s vision and looking ahead to a time when we can help bring it to life!

We are now just 3 months away from the trip to Belize. So far we have raised $2500 towards building the house. I was hoping to have the contractor start building the foundation however heavy rainfall in the area (3 weeks non-stop rain) is causing flooding and preventing construction from starting. We will break ground in Nov. Thanks to all of you who have supported the cause. David
